“User” means parents or legal guardians who use the Big Bear Family (BBF) application.

“Application” or “Service” means the Big Bear Family (BBF) mobile application and any related systems or services operated by the Company.

We provide online learning and instruction services within Thailand. We recognize the importance of our users' personal data and are committed to strictly complying with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) to respect the rights and privacy of all users.

The BBF Application does not intentionally collect national ID numbers, financial information, or sensitive health data, except where such data is provided by schools for legitimate child-care or educational purposes.
