"BIGBEAR LEARNING (BBL), BIGBEAR FAMILY (BBF) AND BIGBEAR LMS Application" Smart Classroom System
1. Definitions
“Service Provider”, “We”, “Us”, or “Company” means C-Con Intertrading Co., Ltd., the developer and operator of the Big Bear Family (BBF) application.
“User” means parents or legal guardians who use the Big Bear Family (BBF) application.
“Application” or “Service” means the Big Bear Family (BBF) mobile application and any related systems or services operated by the Company.
“Personal Data” means any information relating to an identifiable natural person, directly or indirectly, as defined under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA).
“Data Subject” means a parent, student, or any individual whose personal data is processed through the Application.

C-Con Intertrading Company Limited, registration number 0575557001226, located at 28/19 M.4 Soi Chaeng Watthana-Pak Kret 36, Chaeng Watthana Rd., Bang Talat, Pak Kret, Nonthaburi 11120 (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider” or “we”), is the provider of BIGBEAR LEARNING (BBL), BIGBEAR FAMILY (BBF), and BIGBEAR LMS applications. We provide online learning and instruction services within Thailand. We recognize the importance of our users' personal data and are committed to strictly complying with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) to respect the rights and privacy of all users.
This Privacy Policy describes how the Company collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal data, including the terms regarding cookies and other tracking technologies within our services, to ensure you are informed of your rights and choices before sharing any personal data with us.

3.2 Data Provided by Schools
We may receive student-related data from affiliated schools for display and monitoring purposes within the Application, such as:
- Student name
- Grade or class
- Learning activities and daily reports
- Teacher observations and developmental assessments
- Such data is used solely for educational and child development purposes.
3.3 Personal Data of Minors
Personal data of minors is collected and processed only with the consent of parents or legal guardians, in accordance with PDPA requirements.

The Company may collect and store the following categories of personal data:
- Parent Information
- Full name
- Email address

- Student Information
- Full name
- School and grade level
- Learning progress, behavior, and developmental records
- Application Usage Data
- Login history
- Interaction with learning content
- Communication records with teachers within the Application
The BBF Application does not intentionally collect national ID numbers, financial information, or sensitive health data, except where such data is provided by schools for legitimate child-care or educational purposes.
5. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- Parent Information
- To provide learning and development tracking services for students
- To display school activities, assessments, and teacher feedback
- To facilitate communication between parents and schools
- To improve application performance, usability, and user experience

6. Disclosure of Personal Data
The Company does not sell or use personal data for advertising or marketing purposes.
